At Leos Collections, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The Pokémon card(s) must not be damaged or altered in any way.
The item must be returned in the original packaging.
You will need to provide proof of purchase.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.\

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
